Order Customization

Would you like to customize your November 2022 Wine Club Order?

You can start customizing MONDAY,  OCTOBER 31ST THRU SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH!! 
It is very important to customize by EOD SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH.
 
You can also add a bundle or single bottle of BCV Olive Oil to your NOVEMBER  Wine Club order.

We will be processing Wine Club on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2022! (Customization only applies to:  4, 6, and 12 bottle members only)

 

How do I log in to my account online to customize my order or update my account information?

Please Note: Editing your order is only available starting one week before the shipping. Please see above.

  1. Click "Log In" located in the top right hand corner on the homepage.
  2. Enter your username & password.  If you forgot your password, next to "Forgot your username or password?" click the "Click Here" to reset your password. If you need additional help please email wineclub@baronscreekvineyards.com.
  3. Once you are signed in, it will say "Hello [your name]" in the top right corner.
  4. Click on "Hello [your name]."
  5. Scroll down and you'll see a list of options going across the screen horizontally 
  6. Click on the option you would like to update or change.
  7. If you would like to edit your wine order click "Club List" and then click "Edit Club" and customize your order. (The bundle and single bottle of BCV Olive Oil are also on the custom list.) Lastly, Save.
  8. You have successfully customized your wine club order!

All changes including an address update, ship or pick up designation, a credit card update, and customization must be made by the end of the day SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2022.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Your September wine club order will ship out on September 20, 2022
unless you've requested a different shipping date.

 

Tips to help get your shipment:

  • Make sure your package is being delivered to an address with someone 21 or older available to sign.
  • If you don’t plan to be home or have an office you can have packages delivered to we suggest sending your package to a UPS Access Point.
  • UPS Access points include: UPS Stores, CVS Pharmacy, and Michaels. To find your UPS access point. Click Here.
  • Make sure you are signed up as a UPS My Choice Customer. UPS My Choice customers have the ability to schedule deliveries and redirect packages to UPS Access Points. Click Here to join.
  • If you would like to schedule a specific day or time for delivery just let us know. Our fulfillment team can help you with that.  Email us  at wineclub@baronscreekvineyards.com.

 

Membership Cancelation

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We hope you remain wine club members for years to come. However, in the event you decide to cancel your membership, please send an email 30 days prior to the credit card processing date to wineclub@baronscreekvineyards.com 
I understand that I will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 if I cancel my membership before the intial sign up order and two more wine club orders have been processed

We have appreciated your business, and we will miss you!
