Our February Release Wines
Barbera, New Release
Barons Creek Barbera shows exuberant tangy raspberry and bright American oak aromas. It’s fresh and racy on the palate with medium-plus body. An excellent companion for pasta with tomato-based sauce.
Campeon, New Release
From our winemaker Russell Smith's old vine (43 and 68 years) vineyards in spain, our Campeón is a traditional blend of Carignan and Grenache. This vibrant wine drinks well now and will also age for five years.
Luscious barrel fermented Chardonnay from the San Francisco Bay area. Our 2016 Chardonnay has layers of baked apple, soft toasty oak and a wonderful smooth lemon drop finish. Enjoy with Creamy Lemon Chicken pasta or under a shade tree with a fresh baguette and a good book.
Merlot, Silver Medal- 2019 Lonestar International Wine Competition
This Texas wine has notes of wild blueberry, blackberry, and black cherry that leap out of the glass and follow through on the palate. This hedonistic wine is round, fleshy with an opulent texture. It's a perfect companion with roasted lamb, veal, mushrooms, or evening thunderstorms.
