2018 Crazy Train, New Release
Our favorite Cabernet Sauvignon is lush and rich with bountiful blackcurrant, dark cherry, truffle and a hint of toasted caramel that rounds it out. The grip of silky tannins pulls it all together and makes this a smooth drinking Cab. Certainly worthy of seared steak or paired with a daydream.....
2018 Velvet, New Release
Our Velvet is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Franc. This wine has aromas of black cherry and violets on the nose while juicy plum and savory bell pepper like flavors on the palette. Medium bodied with a velvet finish, this wine commands your affection. Enjoy with lamb, buffalo burgers or sirloin steak.

This last vintage shows grand flavors of black raspberry, blueberry, espresso and mocha. Rich and firm on the palate with wonderful minerality and smooth tannins giving excellent persistence. Perfect with fall off the bone dry rub ribs or an evening of stargazing. Or both.

This exciting blend of Tempranillo & Cabernet Sauvignon shows notes of plum and black cherries. The smooth mouthfeel and soft round tannins makes it a great companion for paella, barbacoa tacos or an evening of slide dancing… Cha-Cha-Chá!
2018 Boots, Our 100% Texas Cab
Aromatics of black cherry, cinnamon, green peppers, and cassis start your journey. In your mouth it bursts with flavors of blue plum jam, ripe cherries along with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Moderate tannins invite you to sip slowly. Enjoy with smoked beef ribs or a night of kicking your boots off with your partner.
2018 Le Baron, Tastes so good you can hardly pronounce it
This beguiling blend of 75% Petit Verdot and 25% Petite Sirah shows aromas of blackberry cobbler and a hint of clove. Patiently matured in oak barrels, you will find flavors of black cherry and vanilla. Pair with filet mignon or grilled Portobello mushrooms. Share a bottle with someone special.....or don't.
2018 Tempranillo, Silver Medal-2019 World Wine Championship
This Texas wine has dried blueberry aromas combined with earth tones. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate show on the nose as well. Wonderfully lush mouth feel combines with flavors of black raspberry, slate, cloves, and toasted almonds. Pair with smoked sausage, barbacoa tacos or watching shooting stars on a winter's eve.
