LOVE THIS CAVA! Love all of Barons Creek honestly, but their Cava and Sauvignon Blanc are my go to when I'm in town. Or ordering online lol The Cava is dry and crisp, not a fruit forward or super sweet variety, so that's why I love it. I prefer dryer wines and brut/extra brut sparklings.
